Refunds & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with ORA-BAND Publishing. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.


📦 Physical Products (Books, Activity Packs, and Print Items)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email customercare@orabandpublishing.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, misprint, wrong item).
  3. We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.

Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, misprint, or defect, as our books are printed on demand. If a return is approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to our fulfillment partner at your expense unless otherwise stated.


📘 Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, STL Files, and AR Content)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble accessing a file, email customercare@orabandpublishing.com and we’ll ensure you receive a working copy.


⏱ Processing Times

  • Refunds for approved returns are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Replacements typically ship within 7–10 business days of approval.
