Thanks for shopping with ORA-BAND Publishing. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
📦 Physical Products (Books, Activity Packs, and Print Items)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund after verification.
To request a return or replacement:
- Email customercare@orabandpublishing.com with your order number.
- Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, misprint, wrong item).
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, misprint, or defect, as our books are printed on demand. If a return is approved, you may be asked to ship the product back to our fulfillment partner at your expense unless otherwise stated.
📘 Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, STL Files, and AR Content)
All ORA-BAND Publishing digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your child isn’t amazed by their AR experience — or if you have any issues accessing a file — simply email customercare@orabandpublishing.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to make it right through a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
⏱ Processing Times
- Refunds for approved returns are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Replacements typically ship within 7–10 business days of approval.
