2. Digital Products
All digital items (including eBooks, PDFs, STL files, and AR experiences) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of their nature, digital sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience technical issues—or if your child isn’t amazed by their AR experience—please contact customercare@orabandpublishing.com within 7 days of purchase.
We’ll ensure you receive a working replacement file or full refund, no questions asked.
