Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, STL Files, and AR Experiences)

All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via download link or email.
If you don’t receive your file within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
For technical support or download issues, email customercare@orabandpublishing.com and we’ll make sure you receive your files promptly.


2. Physical Products (Books, Educational Kits, or Other Printed Materials)

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • All orders include tracking information once shipped.

International Orders

  • Currently, international shipping is limited to select countries.

  • Shipping times vary by region and may take 10–25 business days depending on customs.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


3. Combined Orders

If your order includes both digital and physical products, you’ll receive your digital files immediately and a shipping confirmation email once your physical items are sent.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact customercare@orabandpublishing.com.
We’ll assist in tracking your order or issuing a replacement if necessary.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
ORA-BAND Publishing is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
